Need help getting started?

Here are some basic tips on how to use this site:

1.	Browse the site by clicking on the sensor images, system images or blue-linked text headings.
2.	Fill your shopping cart as desired by clicking the shopping cart icon displayed under the item listing or clicking the blue-linked text “add to cart”.
3.	When you are ready to make a purchase, click the “Check Out” button. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to login with your user name and password. This is the name and password that was given to you by Embla. If you do not have this information, you will be asked to fill-out a registration form and create a user name and password.
4.	Go back to your purchase order and follow the steps you are given.
5.	Note that shipping options are selected later, before the order cost is finalized. You can click on the shipping options link during checkout to learn more about your shipping options.
6.	Confirm your order by clicking “Confirm Order”.
7.	The next time you visit shopEmbla, you can login and browse, go directly to your shopping cart, or purchase as desired.
8.	Remember you can always contact a support team member with any questions by selecting “Contact” from the main menu or sending shopEmbla an email at shopsupport@embla.com.

Q: How do I change my password?
A:

1. Go to “My Account”. 2. Click on the “Edit” button. 3. Type your new password first in the “Password” field and then again in the “Confirm Password” field. 4. Click on the “Submit” button.

Q: I lost my password, what do I do?
A:

1. Go to “Login”. 2. Click on the “Lost your password?” link. 3. Fill out the requested information and click on the “Submit” button. 4. You will get a new password sent automatically in an email. 5. After you have logged in with the new password you can go to “My Account” and change the password.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes you can.

1. On the “Check Out” page choose the “Change billing information” option and then click on the “Continue Checkout” button. 2. On the “Billing Information” page, choose the “PayPal / Credit Card” option and then click on the “Continue Checkout” button. 3. When you have confirmed your order, the “Order Confirmation” page is displayed. Click on the “Pay Now” button to open the PayPal page where you enter your credit card information and finalize your payment.

Q: What shipping options do I have?
A: On the Check Out page, you can choose between 3 shipping options:

1. Standard shipping 2. Two day shipping 3. Next day shipping

Note that the shipping options have different costs.

Q: I do not use Embla equipment; does the shop have supplies for me?
A: Yes it does. Go to the Products by System page and choose “Other systems”. You will see all the products that should be compatible with standard amplifiers and 1.5mm touch proof connectors. For more detailed product information, contact shopsupport@embla.com. Embla can not guarantee the compatibility.

Q: Can I print out my purchase order for approval before I finish the purchase?
A: Yes you can.

1. Go through the normal shopping process. 2. On the “Order Confirmation” page, print out the page instead of clicking on the “Confirm Order” button. Then close your web browser. The Shopping Cart will remember your order. 3. Have the order approved. 4. Open the webshop again. 5. Click on the “Shopping Cart” where your items are stored. 6. Select “Check Out” to complete the ordering process.
